hello, my name is Tiffany Poole.

I am a chiropractor in the Katy & Cypress, TX area. I have a passion for treating moms, babies, and growing families. I absolutely love what I do, and hope that passion shows through in my work and service to the community. I strive to treat each and every person that comes into my office like my own family. I care deeply for my patients and look forward to establishing those lifelong relationships with you. My goal as your chiropractor is to give you and your body the tools and guidance it needs for optimal health and vitality. I use very specific, safe, and gentle adjustments to restore joint function and support the nervous system. When your body works better, you will feel better!

Here’s a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Houston, and now reside in Cypress with my incredible husband and 3 goofy kids. I’ve always had a passion for science and health. Even now, I am constantly learning and soaking up every bit of knowledge I can to better serve the chiropractic community. My curiosity and eagerness to learn more about the body lead me to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. Following undergrad, I continued my education at Texas Chiropractic College, where I received a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. In addition to my degrees, I hold special certificate training in Acupuncture, Graston Technique, and Kinesio-Tape. I am trained in Webster Technique and currently receiving my Certificate in Pediatrics by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) by the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA).

I am a firm believer in your body’s innate ability to heal from within and the impact chiropractic and acupuncture has on that. Your body is a temple and should be maintained as such. I absolutely love serving families from preconception, throughout pregnancy, into infancy, and all stages of growth and development for the whole family.
